All Mystery Bag purchases are strictly non-refundable.

If a Mystery Bag is eligible for compensation, the customer will receive a credit note only. Customers are asked to report any issues within 48 hours & attach imagery to show evidence of issue. 

Mystery Bag items cannot be: Returned, exchanged, swapped for different items, partially refunded.
